We recently discovered a cozy café called Crunch and Munch, located in the heart of Khalidiyah. We were looking for a quiet place to work on our blog and couldn’t have found a better place. We spent a few hours there, working, eating and chatting. We fell in love with the décor and ambiance. The place was fresh and different, seats were comfortable, and the staff was super friendly.

One of the first things that caught our attention was their Maltesers cake, a tall double chocolate cake that was covered in maltesers- yum! But we didn’t want to break our diets that night. We’re keeping that cake in mind for our next cheat day though.

We ordered their chicken salad, which was generously marinated in a mouthwatering peanut sauce. You know the food is good when you don’t take any breaks between mouthfuls.

 We enjoyed every bite, and ended our meal with a warm cup of green tea.

We attempted to shoot a video for our blog, but the lighting was too dim. That was probably the only issue with the place. The décor was beautiful and we could have had plenty of nice shots. Maybe we should have visited during the daytime.

Overall we had a lovely experience, and definitely recommend Crunch and Munch to anyone living in Abu Dhabi looking for a quiet place, a good meal, and maybe a big slice of maltesers cake!
